Privacy Policy
Effective 4 September 2026
This policy explains what personal information SLL Solutions Pty Ltd collects through sllsolutions.com.au, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It is written to meet our obligations under the Australian Privacy Principles.
Information we collect
We only collect personal information that you choose to give us, plus the limited technical data our server needs to keep the site working.
- Inquiry form submissions. Your name, email address, the options you selected, your website address and the platform you named if you gave them, and the details you wrote.
- Email correspondence. Anything you send us at contact@sllsolutions.com.au, and our replies.
- Abuse-prevention data. Your IP address, held in-memory for up to ten minutes to rate-limit form submissions, and a Google reCAPTCHA assessment of whether the submission is automated.
We do not run analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking scripts on this site, and we do not build visitor profiles.
How we use your information
We use what you send us to:
- respond to your inquiry and scope the work you asked about;
- send you an automated confirmation that your inquiry reached us;
- deliver and support any services you subsequently engage us for; and
- protect the site from spam and automated abuse.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to send marketing email you did not ask for.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the service providers that make the site and our correspondence work:
- SMTP2GO — delivers the inquiry notification to our inbox and the confirmation email to you.
- Google reCAPTCHA — scores form submissions to filter out bots.
- Our hosting provider — runs the server that serves this site.
Some of these providers process data outside Australia, including in the United States and the European Union. We otherwise disclose personal information only where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Inquiries live in our email inbox and are kept for as long as we may need them for the engagement they relate to, and afterwards for as long as our record-keeping and tax obligations require. Rate-limiting records are held in memory only and are discarded within ten minutes. Ask us to delete your inquiry and we will, unless we are required to retain it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are protected against cross-site request forgery, and access to our inbox is restricted to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send passwords, API keys, or other credentials through the inquiry form.
Accessing and correcting your information
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@sllsolutions.com.au and we will respond within a reasonable period. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, tell us first so we can put it right; if you are still not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or the services we rely on change. The current version always appears on this page, with its effective date at the top.
